Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Public Sails

In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the Clipper City or Shearwater due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure, customers will be rescheduled at no additional fee. Refunds are not offered.

If you wish to reschedule your sail, the following policy applies:

There will be a $10.00 per passenger surcharge required for any reschedule within the following time periods:

• 1 to 10 people - Within 48 hours
• 11 to 30 people - Within a week, no reschedule accepted within two days
• 31 people and up - Within 2 weeks, no reschedule accepted within one week

If you wish to cancel your reservations, refunds are not offered.
